San Clemente Media · ExtraDocket
Privacy policy
This policy explains how San Clemente Media handles information through ExtraDocket, our change order service for contractors and their customers.
Effective October 27, 2026
Information we handle
- Account information: email address, account identifier, verification details, and sign-in activity.
- Project records: project and customer names, job addresses, scope descriptions, prices, attachments, revisions, and billing status supplied by the contractor.
- Customer decisions: the submitted name, approval or revision request, consent, time, and exact scope version associated with a customer link.
- Subscription information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, plan, and billing dates. Stripe collects payment details through its checkout and billing portal.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, request logs, authentication state, email-delivery information, and hosting traffic measurements.
- Support information: contact details, correspondence, and information provided to resolve a request.
How we use information
We use information to create and verify accounts, provide project tools, preserve scope and approval history, deliver account emails, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, measure service performance, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Authentication and security controls help limit access to each account’s records.
Service providers and sharing
Blink provides hosting, authentication, database, and transactional email infrastructure. Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. Our support email uses an email-forwarding service and an email inbox provider to deliver and manage correspondence. These providers process information for their service functions and under their applicable policies.
A contractor who shares a customer approval link gives its recipient access to that specific scope and decision page. The contractor receives the resulting decision. Keep these links private and share them with the intended customer. We may also disclose information to meet legal requirements, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer with appropriate protections.
Browser storage and privacy preferences
ExtraDocket uses browser storage and authentication technology for sign-in, session security, display preferences, and checkout continuity. Hosting infrastructure supplies traffic and operational measurements. Browser settings control local storage and cookies; restrictions can affect sign-in and other features. Do Not Track signals currently leave essential account and security processing unchanged.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve requested records, manage billing, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy applicable obligations. Subscription cancellation ends access at the end of the paid period; saved records remain stored. Account or record deletion is a separate request through support. Backups, transaction records, and legal retention requirements can affect deletion timing.
We use access controls and service-provider security measures to protect information. Every online service carries security risks. Protect your email account and share account links only with their intended recipient.
Your requests and choices
Contact support@extradocket.dev to request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of information, or to ask about a privacy concern. We verify the requester’s authority and handle requests subject to applicable law and record obligations. Customers whose information appears in a contractor’s project can also contact that contractor. Manage subscription renewal and payment details through the billing portal.
Business use and international processing
ExtraDocket is intended for business users age 18 and older. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Applicable protections and legal requirements govern that processing.
Policy changes and contact
We publish updates on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will also receive a prominent service notice or account email as appropriate. Send privacy questions to San Clemente Media at support@extradocket.dev.
