Your account and authority

Use ExtraDocket for business purposes as a user age 18 or older. Supply accurate information, keep your email account and access links secure, and act with authority for the business you represent. You are responsible for activity through your account and for the information you enter or share.

What the service provides

ExtraDocket helps contractors describe and price additional work, share a specific scope for customer review, save decisions and revision history, and track approved and billed amounts. Customer approval records document the submitted name, decision, time, and scope version. Your construction agreement, customer authority, and applicable law determine the contractual effect of a record.

Contractors remain responsible for scope accuracy, prices, customer identity and authority, required disclosures, permits, professional obligations, invoicing, and collecting construction payments. Use your existing invoicing and payment process to collect job payments. ExtraDocket’s Stripe checkout pays for the software subscription.

Solo subscription and billing

Solo costs $39 USD per month, with any applicable tax shown at checkout. Your subscription starts when payment completes and renews monthly until canceled. Stripe processes payment and stores payment details. You authorize the recurring amount shown at checkout. Active payment status opens the project tools; payment recovery may be required to restore access after a failed payment.

Future price changes will be communicated before taking effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the affected renewal.

Cancellation and billing questions

Open Manage subscription in your account to cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through that period. Saved project records remain stored after access ends. Request account or record deletion separately through support.

Send billing errors or refund requests to support@extradocket.dev. We review requests individually, and applicable statutory rights continue to apply. Print or save needed project records while your subscription is active.

Your content and permitted use

You retain ownership of the content you supply. You give San Clemente Media and its service providers permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate ExtraDocket and carry out your instructions. Share personal information and project materials only with appropriate authority.

Use the service lawfully, respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property, and access only accounts and records you are authorized to use. Keep approval links limited to intended recipients. Protect the service from malicious files, fraudulent activity, automated abuse, and attempts to interfere with access controls.

Availability and account restrictions

Service availability depends on hosting, authentication, email, payment, and network providers. Maintenance, outages, and security incidents can affect availability. We may update features and restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address abuse, payment failures, legal requirements, or security risks. We will provide an explanation and a path to resolve the issue where reasonably possible.

Responsibilities and legal rights

ExtraDocket is a recordkeeping tool. Review project records and obtain qualified advice for legal, tax, accounting, and construction decisions. Keep copies appropriate for your business. Your rights and each party’s responsibilities remain subject to applicable law, including any protections that law makes mandatory.

For a dispute, contact support with the account email and relevant details so we can work toward a resolution. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy.

Updates and contact

We publish updated terms with a revised effective date and give prominent notice of material changes before they apply. Contact San Clemente Media through support@extradocket.dev for service, subscription, or account assistance.
